White Belt to White & Orange Belt

Students CREED

Students creed needs to be learnt in order to receive your white belt.

I intend to develop myself in a positive manner and to avoid anything that will reduce my mental growth or my physical health.

I intend to develop self-discipline in order to bring out the best in myself and others.

I intend to use what I learn in class constructively and defensively to help myself and my fellow man and never to be abusive or offensive.

UNIFORM

It is important that we come to Karate dressed properly. Here is a playlist of how to wear your karate uniform correctly (gi) and how to tie your belt.

We don’t expect the little ninjas (4-6yrs) to tie their belt, however it can be a good idea to get them practising as this will allow them to become more independent.

Ninja ComBination

This is the Ninja Combination. We developed this during lockdown as a way for us to practice all of our basic moves whilst taking up as little space as possible in our home.

This cominbation is what is performed during competiton and during grading. It is an effective and fun way for students to learn all the moves, and practice their jumping kick at the end.
